Televate is guiding fifteen separate public safety municipalities through the challenge of complying with the federal mandate to realign their 800MHz channels in order to eliminate operational interference with Sprint Nextel nationwide. Televate has brought together a team of experienced and knowledgeable engineers specializing in program management rebanding services ranging from development and implementation of the Request For Planning Funding (RFPF), Frequency Reconfiguration Agreement (FRA), and transition planning to radio infrastructure engineering and technical support services.
Televate is currently managing the complete rabanding programs for the following municipalities: Auburn, New York; Washington, DC; Coral Gables, Orange County (and surrounding cities) and Orlando, Florida; Milwaukee County, Wisconsin; and the Cities of Chesapeake, Newport News and Suffolk in Virginia. Additionally Televate is engaged in comparable facilities assessment for jurisdictions in California and Illinois. |
