Televate rebanding services range from initial planning through implementation and include:
Transition Planning
- Assess and inventory existing frequency usage and radio system network assets
- Capture and document customer interim and future operational requirements including future capacity needs and interoperability requirements
- Integrate our extensive interoperability experience into the planning process to assure capabilities are maintained and enhanced
- Quantify equipment upgrades, new procurements and technology migration requirements
- Develop comprehensive spectrum migration and rebanding implementation strategies including retune schedules, reprogramming plans, and outreach programs
- Coordinate with regional partners to create and implement a plan to minimize impact on regional interoperability
- Create defendable and comprehensive budgets for Sprint Nextel and Transition Administration (TA) review

Transition Administration Coordination
- Coordinate all relevant TA communications and interaction
- Supply appropriate application documentation and budgets
- Review and analyze TA positions and proposals and negotiate on behalf of licensee
- Supply all final support documentation
Rebanding Implementation and Project Management Services
- Provide comprehensive project management to ensure a successful and timely program conclusion
- Provide scheduling, risk management, and staff forecasting
- Manage radio spectrum selection and interference mitigation efforts
- Support frequency coordination efforts in regional committee
- Oversee FCC radio channel applications and licensing
- Supervise third party vendor procurement and provide overall

Radio Infrastructure Engineering and Technical Support Services

- Provide Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) of Nextel and TA offered frequency plans
